1.Use of Our Website

• Purpose: Our website is for browsing, customizing, and purchasing Cali-Kustoms barbecue carts. You may not use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Account: You may need an account to save designs or place orders. Keep your login details secure and don’t share them. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Content: All website content (e.g., images, text, customization tools) is owned by Cali-Kustoms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

2.Ordering and Customization

• Custom Orders: You can design your cart with options like size, color, materials, sports team branding, ice chests, lights, and accessories. Once you submit an order, we’ll handcraft it to your specifications.
• Pricing: Prices vary based on your custom choices and are shown in the customization tool. All prices are in USD and exclude taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
• Payment: We accept secure payments through Zelle, Venmo, cash, check, wire. Payment is due when you place your order.
• Order Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to request changes. After that, custom orders can’t be modified due to our production process.

3.Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Delivery: Build times are typically 2–4 weeks, depending on your design. We’ll notify you of any delays. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

4.Returns and Refunds

• Custom Carts: Due to their personalized nature, custom carts are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Defects: Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your cart arrives damaged or defective. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, cancellations may not be possible due to production.

5.Warranty

• Cali-Kustoms carts come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us for claims. Misuse or improper maintenance voids the warranty.

6.Intellectual Property

• Custom Designs: You’re responsible for ensuring any custom designs (e.g., engravings, logos) don’t infringe on others’ rights. We may use licensed sports team logos with permission from official partners.
• Our Brand: Cali-Kustoms logos, designs, and website content are our property. You may not use them without our written consent.

7.Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide a great experience, but we’re not liable for:
• Errors in your custom design choices.
• Delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, supply issues).
• Indirect damages (e.g., loss of use) from using our products or website.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your cart.

8.Support for Local Youth

• By purchasing from Cali-Kustoms, you support our mission to train local youth in mechanical and business skills, helping them build brighter futures.

9.Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Changes will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated term
